 Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate III to join our Denver warehouse team. This role supports daily warehouse operations, customer interactions, inventory management, and local deliveries. The ideal candidate brings hands-on warehouse experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include, but not limited to):

• Interact daily with customers to support cylinder exchanges and refrigerant sales
• Learn and utilize D365 software to view customer accounts, enter sales orders, track inventory, and manage incoming and outgoing shipments
• Learn to identify and handle various types of refrigerants, including receiving refrigerants from customers (contractors)
• Maintain accurate inventory and organize warehouse stock, including shipping and receiving cylinders to and from customers and the home office 
• Support sales opportunities related to the cylinder exchange program and refrigerant sales
• Perform daily warehouse operations, including sweeping, maintaining cleanliness, organizing storage areas, and consolidating waste oil
• Complete deliveries within Denver and surrounding areas as needed
• Follow verbal instructions and communicate promptly and effectively
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to support overall warehouse operations
