FLSA Status: Exempt
Hybrid Schedule- 3 days in office, 2 days from home
General Overview: The Brand Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Easton Brand Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for leading various day-to-day brand marketing projects, product launch initiatives and ECOM/DTC support. Ideal candidate has working knowledge of baseball, fastpitch softball and slow-pitch softball as well as the sporting goods industry and experience driving strategic brand marketing initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supports ‘Go-to-Market’ initiatives and product launches including, but not limited to:Marquee and priority product launches annuallySecondary product releases annuallyContent creation (brainstorming, planning and execution) of various photoshootsProduct and marketing messaging/positioningSocial Media, influencer/ambassador network and experiential marketing supportBrand Event activations – College World Series, Little League World Series, Sales Meetings, Trade Shows, etc.Works closely with extended marketing department and cross-functional departments (product, sales, ops, etc) to support brand initiatives and activations.Leads creative services and project management workflow to ensure accurate and timely execution of all team projects.Maintains Master Marketing Calendar, ensuring activation dates are accurate and aligned with creative content flighting. Provides retail marketing and sales support – ECOM (Easton.com & Amazon) as well as strategic retail account. Assists with annual catalog production and studio photography.Owns and manages online marketing asset library.Brand team lead for slow-pitch vertical – product launch calendar, content creation and marketing deliverables.Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing (Brand Marketing, Events, Grassroots, etc.).Strong verbal and written communication skills required.Extremely detail and deadline orientated.Excellent organizational skills.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Project management platform experience (Wrike, Asana, Basecamp, etc.).Ability to network and utilize internal and external resources.Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.Able to set priorities, execute, and follow them through.Advertising/production knowledge and sports experience preferred.Agency background/knowledge preferred.
