Individual Giving Officer
Manage and steward a portfolio of 600–900 donors with emphasis on retention and recurring gift growth.Execute qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship outreach via phone, written communication, event engagement, and selective in-person meetings.Implement renewal and upgrade strategies developed in collaboration with the Senior Individual Giving Officer and Director.Identify donors with potential for advancement and support thoughtful handoff into higher-level portfolios.Maintain accurate and timely CRM documentation and portfolio tracking.Generate portfolio reports and assist with revenue forecasting and performance monitoring.Support Development events, including select evenings and weekends.
2–4+ years of fundraising or membership experience.Demonstrated success contributing to revenue goals.Strong communication skills and comfort with donor outreach.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.Enthusiasm for public media, journalism, and cultural programming.
