About this position
We’re helping a client find a Senior Performance Marketing Strategist to lead both the strategy and hands-on execution of paid media campaigns across several high-value accounts.
This is a senior individual contributor role, ideal for an experienced performance marketer who can confidently engage with senior marketing leaders, design high-impact strategies, and personally build, test, and optimise campaigns to drive measurable growth.
You’ll act as both strategist and operator — translating business goals into performance plans, executing campaigns directly, and continuously refining them using data.

Identify, test, and scale new paid channels beyond Google Search and LinkedIn to diversify acquisition sources
Lead quarterly strategic planning sessions with clients to align marketing efforts with business goals

Set up conversion tracking, audience lists, and campaign structures to ensure accurate measurement
Continuously run experiments on creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience strategies to improve performance
Proactively troubleshoot delivery issues, performance drops, and tracking inconsistencies
Client Strategy & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations
Lead regular strategy calls, presenting performance updates, learnings, and next-step plans
Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, expectation setting, and transparency
Ensure clients understand both strategic direction and operational execution
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Take accountability for improving lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI while maintaining or growing volume
Track and analyse metrics such as cost per qualified lead, pipeline contribution, conversion rate, and revenue impact

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, content, leadership) to support campaign performance
Share insights, learnings, and best practices to strengthen overall marketing capability
Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and emerging growth opportunities
