Description:
Summary: The Dishwasher will provide all guests at 34 Park/Bosa with clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, and glassware. The dishwasher will ensure that the service area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized throughout their shift.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure dishes and cookware are sanitized and available as needed.
- Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
- Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
- Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection.
- Assist cooks with prep as needed. Assist in completing prep and storage of food items.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working BOH.
- Must follow handling and sanitation procedures and use extreme caution with utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment to avoid breakage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work different hours including weekends, days, and nights.
