Requirements:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive OE parts sales through dealership and fleet relationships.
  • Promote and support manufacturer-approved parts programs and initiatives.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with OE parts identification and ordering.
  • Follow up on OE parts orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding factory specifications, compatibility, and warranties.
  • Provide accurate product information and order updates.
  • Maintain familiarity with OEM catalogs, ordering platforms, and manufacturer systems.
  • Record departmental data and recommend operational improvements.
  • Document customer quality concerns and escalate per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Educate customers and team members on OE policies, warranty procedures, returns, and credit terms.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance aligned with factory repair standards.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with service technicians and warranty teams.
  • Set an example of professionalism and positivity.
  • Maintain an orderly and safe working environment.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Abilities:

  • Activities require a full range of motion including handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
  • This position may require standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
  • Corrected vision and hearing within normal range required.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions or irregular hours.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver and license and MVR in good standing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.

  • Detail oriented with strong accuracy focus.

  • Ability to pass a post-offer background check, physical, and drug screen.

Preferred Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Previous dealership or OE parts experience.
  • Familiarity with OEM catalog systems.
  • Knowledge of diesel engines, gas engines, drivetrain, and suspension systems.
  • Heavy and medium-duty truck industry experience.

  • Type: Hourly
  • Compensation Range: $26.00 to $34.00 an Hour
  • Reports To: Parts Manager
  • Shift: (Monday - Friday) (Flexible Hours)
  • Closing Date: Open Until Filled
