Your Day-to-Day:

  • Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • light dispatch duties
  • Schedule service appointments, ensuring accurate entry of customer information, job details, and technician availability
  • Handle outbound calls for appointment confirmations, maintenance reminders, estimate follow-ups, and rescheduling needs
  • Maintain knowledge of company services, promotions, warranties, and maintenance plans to better support and educate customers.
  • Manage high-volume call periods while keeping a calm, solutions-oriented approach.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of office experience
  • Experience in Electrical, HVAC, or Solar industries a plus
  • ServiceTitan experience is great—but we’ll train the right person
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette
  • Comfort with inbound and outbound calls and documenting customer interactions
  • A positive attitude, integrity, and team-first spirit
