About this position
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves guest in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Responsible for bussing and pre-bussing tables.
- Assist wait staff in serving guests’ needs if necessary.
- Reset tables to established specifications.
- Maintain clean and fully stocked work area and side stations.
- Remove all dirty dishes from dining area and restock stations with clean items.
- Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Health Department Codes.
- Relays all guest compliments and complaints to Food & Beverage Shift Managers and Outlet Managers.
- Promotes outstanding internal and external guest relations.
- Promotes honesty and trust among the team.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- One (1) year bussing experience.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift Forty (40) pounds without difficulty.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
