About this position
Mugshots Grill and Bar is seeking experienced, enthusiastic Host/To-Go Specialists to join our team in Collierville, TN! In this role, the Host/To-Go Specialist will be responsible for providing fast service and great hospitality for our to-go guests. Full-time and part-time positions are immediately available. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Takes accurate orders by phone or in person, organizes food orders, and delivers to guests
- Possesses knowledge of the menu to explain offerings to guests
- Ensures an exceptional to-go experience for every guest
- Answers phone and assists guests with placing to-go orders
- Enters orders in proper sequence
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have PM + weekend availability
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player and demonstrate organizational skills
- Strong oral communication and telephone skills
- Be flexible and willing to assist as needed to ensure all restaurant standards are met
Able to operate POS system for transactions
