We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Senior Recruiter based out of our NYC office to drive our US-based hiring. This key role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies and processes that drive quality hiring, build robust talent pipelines, enhance candidate engagement, and propel Fareportal's employer brand and ambitious growth goals.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the Senior Recruiter will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR and Business Leaders, to understand the business, hiring requirements, and translate to innovative recruiting strategies to find exceptional talent. This person will leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts, improve processes and recruitment initiatives, and help shape the future of Fareportal's growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting: Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute full-cycle recruiting for various business departments, junior to senior job levels, and offices leveraging expertise in sourcing, assessing, and closing top talent.
  • Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable, recruitment systems, best-practice processes, and tools to optimize the talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Recruiting Expertise: Coach and guide hiring managers on recruiting best practices, processes, interviewing/assessment strategies, and tools.
  • Recruiting Analytics: Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to track hiring metrics, monitor talent funnel health, and provide updates to hiring teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address recruitment challenges, remove bottlenecks or misalignment, and ensure effective and efficient processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
  • Market Intelligence: conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, develop effective sourcing strategies, and advise the business and hiring teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for mid to senior roles, preferably with at least 3 years of in-house experience.
  • Strong experience working with Consumer Internet, Travel, Technology, and/or eCommerce companies
  • Proven track record of recruiting success in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Strong operational mindset with a history of executing and optimizing scalable recruiting processes, systems, and reporting frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, diagnose problems, and present actionable insights to executives.
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity, problem-solving complex hiring challenges, and driving solutions efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Expertise with ATS platforms, recruiting platforms, and advanced sourcing methodologies
  • Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent acquisition strategies.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends: Understanding of emerging trends in talent acquisition, such as AI-powered recruitment, virtual reality, and social media recruitment.
  • Valid US work authorization required
