We have an exciting opening for a first-class produce assistant to join our team! Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for fruit & veg, customer service, can operate efficiently in a busy work environment and has an interest in growing into managing a team.
Responsibilities include:
Receiving and unloading produce deliveries
Quality checks and rotation of produce
cleaning
Assisting in resolving customer complaints or feedback
Strong work ethic
Positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Ability to speak, read, and communicate proficiently in English
Basic math - ability to calculate and solve equations
Able to lift and carry up to 20kg
Experience required:
Previous experience in grocery preferred but not required
Proven experience in handling stress or high-pressure environment
**must be available during the day (not in school)**
