Busser 

Position Overview:

The Busser plays an essential role in ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The ideal candidate is efficient, attentive, and committed to supporting the waitstaff in delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Table Maintenance:
   • Clear tables of dishes, utensils, and glasses promptly and efficiently after guests leave.
   • Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware for the next guests.
   • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.
2. Dining Room Cleanliness:
   • Sweep and mop floors, clean surfaces, and ensure the overall cleanliness of the dining room.
   • Keep service stations stocked with supplies, such as napkins, cutlery, and condiments.
   • Remove trash and clean up spills immediately to ensure a safe environment.
3. Support to Waitstaff:
   • Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables when necessary.
   • Refill water glasses and assist guests with any requests during their meal.
   • Communicate with the waitstaff and kitchen to ensure efficient service flow.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required, but restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
