Colonial Behavioral Health serves the citizens of James City County, City of Poquoson, City of Williamsburg, and York County.</span><br style="color: inherit;font-style: normal;text-indent: 0.0px;"><br style="color: inherit;font-style: normal;text-indent: 0.0px;"><span style="text-indent: 0.0px;"><font>We are currently recruiting for a Clinician IV </font><font>within our Mobile Crisis Response </font><font>department. This position will be responsible providing rapid response, assessment and early intervention to individuals experiencing behavioral health crisis, as well as community stabilization.</font></span>
<strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><br> <br><ul><li>Provide crisis stabilization and mobile crisis response in the home, and community through mobile services, and short-term crisis counseling interventions to meet the needs of individuals and/or families in the community.<li>Develop effective, person-centered treatment plans to maintain safety in collaboration with individual and other MCR staff, including safety plans and crisis ISPs.<li>Complete diagnoses in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.<li>Provide clinicial consultation to others members on the team .<li>Other duties as assigned.</ul>
