Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify the root cause and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to provide outstanding customer service.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a drug-free workplace environment.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including service tickets and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on proper HVAC system maintenance.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- HVAC certification from an accredited school or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Valid EPA card and Florida driver's license.
- Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to commute to Ormond Beach, FL.
Pay range: $20-$28 (depending on experience)
