 Precast Terrazzo Enterprises Inc., in Raleigh, NC, is a 100% Employee-owned company, a premier precast terrazzo supplier, and a branch of Terrazzo & Marble Supply Company. We are proud of our unique worldwide partnerships with architects and designers to produce specialized precast terrazzo products known for their quality and beauty. We are looking to add a Full-time Production Supervisor to the team to help us meet our growing demands for our products. 


This critical role is responsible for the production staff and schedule, ensuring quality and quantity while following all policies and procedures to maintain high safety standards.

  • Fair Pay: Compensation will be based on industry and production experience, with an annual salary range of $68,000 to $72,000.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the production and operation teams
  • Develop Department Daily Production Schedule
  • Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
  • Place production orders from customers as directed by Plant Management
  • Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
  • Direct Maintenance Protocols for Production Machinery
  • Ensure Adherence to Shop Tickets for Project Parameters
  • Adhere to and enforce all safety policies and procedures
Requirements:

  

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 Years of Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of production tools and equipment
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual English / Spanish is required
