Position Overview  

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Correspondence Indexing Specialist to join our growing team. 

Essential Functions and Education/Experience Requirements:  

  • Categorizes incoming correspondence and index loan documents into the imaging system
  • Assist with logging correspondence received through multiple channels into servicing systems
  • Ability to work and navigate through several different systems and applications
  • Business writing experience
  • Flexible and willingness to adapt to change
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Mortgage servicing experience (2+ years)
  • Responsible for logging and tracking of complaints and social media reviews
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently meet multiple deadlines
  • Utilizes knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and escrow; RESPA and FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act)

Physical Demand:  

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time

Salary Information

$19.31 Hourly Wage
