Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met

- Maintain consistent quality of work

- Inspect work areas regularly to identify and address cleanliness issues

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels

- Sanitization and laundry services 

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures

- Ensure compliance with HIPPA, health, and safety regulations

- Address client or employee concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally

- Collaborate with management to improve housekeeping processes and standards


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in cleaning or hospitality is a plus
