Position OverviewPosition: Outside Sales Engineer
Location: Sacramento/Folsum/Chico

Rust Automation & Controls is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Engineer to support and grow the Sacramento territory. This role focuses on sales and promotions of assigned product specialties while working closely with the Inside Sales Engineering team and directly with end users.

Key objectives include:

Achieving sales goals through increased revenue and gross marginDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customersExecuting territory and account strategic planningDeveloping opportunities and reporting on key sales activitiesRole & ResponsibilitiesOutside Sales Engineer will support customers throughout the Sacramento/Folsum/Chico region, engaging with industrial and commercial end users, and system integrators.

Key responsibilities include:

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 120,000 USD per year(Remote (Sacramento, California, US))
