Environmental Services Worker I

As an Environmental Services Worker I, youll play a vital role in creating a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for both individuals served and employees. Your work directly supports the well-being and recovery of those in our care by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our site.

What Youll Do

• Keep our site safe and welcoming by cleaning and maintaining rooms, restrooms, common spaces, and offices.
• Organize, stock, and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Safely handle and remove hazardous materials while following infection control and safety protocols.
• Monitor for spills or hazards and address them promptly.
• Assist with training on cleaning agents and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide reliable support that helps individuals served focus on healing and recovery.

What Youll Bring

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Experience

• At least 3 months of general housekeeping experience (required).
• Healthcare experience (preferred).
