About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll/HRIS Administrator to support our payroll and HRIS operations using the Paylocity platform. This contractor will be responsible for executing biweekly payroll and handling ongoing administrative tasks related to employee data, forms management, compliance, and system updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time using Paylocity.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes within Paylocity.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Assist with benefits administration and reporting as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll or HRIS-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data integrity.
Time Commitment:
- Biweekly payroll processing (approx. 2-3 hours per cycle).
- Ongoing administrative support (approx. 2–5 hours per week).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Paylocity payroll and HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in a contractor or remote role preferred.
