We’re looking for an Office Care Expert who understands that every customer interaction shapes the entire experience. This is the frontline voice of Moxie. When customers call, email, or text us, you represent our professionalism, clarity, and commitment to doing things the right way.

This isn’t just an “answer the phone” job. It’s a high impact role for someone who believes fast, friendly, expert service builds trust and loyalty.

This is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the Contact Center Manager. Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays (you receive a full weekday off during weeks you work Saturday).

About You

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Answer inbound calls from current customers
Schedule pest control appointments in our CRM
Process payments and resolve billing questions
Respond to customer emails and text messages
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments or collect outstanding balances
Accurately document all interactions
Inform customers of additional service offerings (termite, mosquito, weed, gopher, etc.)
Participate in team huddles, coaching, and training

End the day knowing you delivered service that reflects Moxie’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer calls regarding scheduling, billing, and account questions

  • Process payments and assist with past-due balances

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments

  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation

  • Support customer retention through clear, solution-focused communication

  • Generate 1–2+ tag-on service opportunities or referrals per month

  • Maintain administrative accuracy and low error rates

  • Uphold Moxie’s professionalism and service standards in every interaction

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Previous customer service experience (Preferred)
Office or call center experience (Strongly Preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fast and accurate typing and computer navigation
High attention to detail and low error rate
Ability to work full-time, in-person (strictly enforced, no remote work)
Willingness to work rotating Saturdays
