Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide center-based and or home based early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and special needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development, enjoys teamwork, and thrives in a supportive, school-like environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct developmental and motor evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy services for children ages 0–3 in a center/home based setting.

  • Collaborate with caregivers to support skill development beyond the center.

  • Work within a team-based, collaborative environment.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and IFSP collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

  • Current California PT license required

  • Pediatric internship and experience a plus.

  • Works well in a school educational environment and independent in home setting 

  • Strong communication and family-coaching skills.

  • CPR certification.

  • Bilingual languages a plus.

Compensation

  • $85,000 – $135,000 annually /hourly rates 

  • Part-time compensation prorated

  • Additional compensation based on experience

Salary Information

$80000.0 - $130000.0 Hourly Wage
