Responsibilities


  • Support the collection, organization and maintenance of company data for use in marketing materials, sales presentations and internal reporting.
  • Assist with research and development of marketing content, including presentations, business insights and promotional materials.
  • Help prepare reports, dashboards and analyses related to customer insights, marketing performance or sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand client needs, business objectives and project requirements.
  • Assist in translating technical or logistics-related information into clear, business-friendly messaging for client-facing materials.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools and communication strategies.
  • Support planning and logistics for events, webinars and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation, files and shared resources for the marketing and sales teams.
  • Assist in tracking deadlines, prioritizing competing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of materials.


Required Education and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree — ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain or B2B marketing is preferred.
  • Previous exposure to digital marketing or business-to-business marketing is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with familiarity in Salesforce.com considered an advantage (required).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present information (required)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (required)
  • Willingness to learn, grow and take initiative (required)
  • Ability to travel as needed (required)
  • Detail-oriented, reliable and highly organized.
  • Comfortable working with data, presentations and written content.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and support high-performing teams.
