Spine Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll work closely with Sales leadership, supporting communications, technology, reporting, meetings, and day-to-day operations that drive performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the connective tissue of the Sales organization — keeping communication clear, organized, and moving
- Power sales communications by building, organizing, and distributing reports, presentations, and program updates
- Own and maintain the Playbook app and sales collateral so the field has what they need, when they need it
- Bring recognition to life by supporting newsletters, success stories, and key sales initiatives
- Help execute high-impact meetings including National Sales Meeting, regional meetings, and Rep Councils
- Keep systems sharp — manage customer database updates and support sales technology platforms
- Partner with IT to track and coordinate devices and equipment logistics
- Keep Senior Sales Leadership focused on leading by managing travel, calendars, expenses, and approvals
- Elevate the new hire experience through onboarding coordination and meeting support
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or sales platform experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- A team-first mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $30 - $34/hr with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits.
VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
