Requirements:

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver top-notch service and food quality
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence
  • Train, develop, and hold staff accountable in a fast-paced environment
  • Monitor financial performance, including P&Ls, sales reports, and inventory
  • Maintain high-quality standards, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a leadership role
  • Strong ability to motivate, train, and develop team members
  • Experience analyzing financial statements and performance data
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and labor scheduling preferred
