Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Give comprehensive physical exams and women’s health screenings/exams
• Order and interpret labs to create a treatment plan and goals for the patient based on protocol and policy outlined by medical director
• Lead clinical and non-clinical team to best serve our patients
• Offer, educate, and implement ancillary services to our patients
• Efficiently and effectively document all encounters
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduated from a board approved Physician Assistant Program; Licensed as a PA in the State of Nebraska; CPR/ ACLS or BLS
- Federal DEA licensure
- Appropriate certification and currently licensed
- 3+ years’ experience in women’s health relating to gynecology
- Function with autonomy and able to make independent decisions while functioning as part of a comprehensive team
- Effectively communicate in verbal and written forms
- Comprehend and follow and update policy, procedure, guidelines, and protocols
- Analytical ability to review internal processes needing improvement and make suggestions
- Interpersonal skills to manage and develop the staff within the work group and to participate on provider team
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive background in women’s health and gynecology
- Certification and experience in aesthetic/cosmetic injectables and procedures
- Familiar with hormone therapy treatment and diagnosis
- Fertility experience
