Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Located at East Bell Road and the 101)

Schedule: On-site Monday - Friday. 8-hour day shift. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays.


Position Overview

Envita Medical Centers is seeking a Patient Care Program Advisor to serve as a trusted first point of contact for individuals exploring our advanced oncology and tele-oncology programs. 

This role focuses on patient education, compassionate guidance, and care navigation - not closing or commission-based sales. You will help patients and their families understand Envita's personalized, precision-medicine approach and confidently move toward the most appropriate next step in their care journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective patients and families through follow-up outreach
  • Educate callers on Envita's treatment philosophy, care pathways, and program options
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism during sensitive, high-stress conversations
  • Assess patient readiness and program fit using established guidelines
  • Guide patients to the appropriate next step, including in-center care, tele-oncology services, or additional education.
  • Perform warm handoffs to internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Document all interaction accurately in Salesforce and manage follow-up tasks
  • Collaborate with Patient Care, Clinical, and Leadership teams to support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in patient-facing, intake, healthcare education, or high-touch communication roles
  • Strong phone presence and ability to explain complex information clearly and compassionately
  • High emotional intelligence and strong organizational skills
  • Comfort working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Background in healthcare, oncology, integrative medicine, or care coordination
  • Experience with structured intake, patient navigation, or qualification workflows
