Compliance Coordinator I
Daily Responsibilities:
- Process of new applicants (entire process)
- Ensure driver application meets FMCS & SEIDS compliance qualification
- Request vendor codes
- Review expire lists for upcoming expire issues and send letters to drivers
- Process driver terminations
- Proactively audit processes, practices and documents
- Conduct investigations, following company's policies and procedures
- Identify potential risks, advise management as needed
- Maintain regulatory knowledge
- Review and update internal policies
- Be a positive self-starter, managing time and resources effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent in law, business management or related field
- Two years of experience as compliance officer
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
