SURGERY SCHEDULER

AA Spine & Pain Clinic is looking for a Surgery Scheduler. Seeking a team player to include but not limited to scheduling procedures, obtaining authorizations from insurance, arranging patient payments. This position is very fast paced and you will be busy all day. Ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, excellent computer skills, and be able to communicate with patients and staff in a professional, courteous manner. Must be organized, detail oriented, dependable and possess a positive, professional, compassionate attitude. Must also have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. If you like to stay busy and interact with patients all day while delivering quality service, this is the job for you! Prior surgery scheduling experience preferred, prior medical office scheduling experience required. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screen upon hiring.

This is a full-time job Monday-Friday, must be able to work 8:00am -4:30 pm without restrictions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
