FOH Team Lead

V Pizza is continuously expanding, with 5 new restaurants and bars in the works for 2024/2025, we are looking for a strong FOH team lead to join our team. Responsibilities and Duties

The main functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a leadership role.
• Learn and understand various aspects of the V PIzza business model that includes operations, sales, marketing, and customer service
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of V Pizza stores under the guidance of experienced managers.
• Help with duties of other employees (e.g., cashier, server, etc.) when necessary, when an unexpected absence or extra volume occurs.
• Must be able to achieve results in key areas, such as labor, food cost, beverage cost, turnover, V for Victory, etc.
• Maintain safety and health code standards throughout entire restaurant
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner with a friendly and polite attitude.
• Maintain accurate records and perform reporting tasks as needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote V Pizza menu items, service and events. 
• Lead and motivate staff to complete tasks in an efficient manner.
• Demonstrate professional phone and in-person etiquette when interacting with guests.
• Assist in staffing responsibilities, including hiring, training, scheduling, and terminating

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality operations or sales role is required for Front of House Team Leads
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
