V Pizza is continuously expanding, with 5 new restaurants and bars in the works for 2024/2025, we are looking for a strong FOH team lead to join our team. Responsibilities and Duties
The main functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a leadership role.
- Learn and understand various aspects of the V PIzza business model that includes operations, sales, marketing, and customer service
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of V Pizza stores under the guidance of experienced managers.
- Help with duties of other employees (e.g., cashier, server, etc.) when necessary, when an unexpected absence or extra volume occurs.
- Must be able to achieve results in key areas, such as labor, food cost, beverage cost, turnover, V for Victory, etc.
- Maintain safety and health code standards throughout entire restaurant
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner with a friendly and polite attitude.
- Maintain accurate records and perform reporting tasks as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote V Pizza menu items, service and events.
- Lead and motivate staff to complete tasks in an efficient manner.
- Demonstrate professional phone and in-person etiquette when interacting with guests.
- Assist in staffing responsibilities, including hiring, training, scheduling, and terminating
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality operations or sales role is required for Front of House Team Leads
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
