Responsibilities
Originate residential mortgage loans in a high-volume, call-center environment using company-provided leads and call routing.
Consult with borrowers to evaluate financial profiles, creditworthiness, and loan eligibility across multiple mortgage products.
Take complete loan applications and gather required documentation to support underwriting and approval.
Structure loan options and explain terms, rates, and conditions to borrowers in a clear, compliant manner.
Utilize loan origination systems, CRM, and dialing technology to manage pipeline activity and follow-ups efficiently.
Partner closely with in-house processors, underwriters, and leadership to move loans from application to closing.
Ensure all loan files meet regulatory, compliance, and disclosure requirements, including adherence to TILA and applicable state and federal guidelines.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of applications, approvals, denials, and pipeline status.
Meet or exceed individual production, quality, and compliance expectations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Active NMLS license in good standing (required).
Experience in mortgage loan origination, financial sales, or a high-volume call-center lending environment.
Working knowledge of residential mortgage products, loan origination processes, and compliance requirements.
Ability to analyze borrower financial information, credit reports, and documentation to determine loan eligibility.
Strong phone presence with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with borrowers.
Proven ability to manage a pipeline, prioritize follow-ups, and perform in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and documentation standards.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and deliver a high-quality borrower experience.
Proficiency with loan origination systems, CRM tools, and standard office technology.

Pay: Commission based income with a minimum annual salary with earnings potential of over $750,000.00

Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) License through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS), in good standing (required)
Ability to commute to: Birmingham, MI 48009 (required)
