About this position
Student Ambassadors perform various duties and services as a representative of Harrisburg University’s Professional Development Department at on-site professional development events.
This position is for undergraduate students.
WORK HOURS
The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. To accommodate the college's business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings with housing included in PA Place.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties may vary and other duties may be assigned.)
- Leading HU campus tours
- Ushering participants to events via elevators
- Meeting and greeting campus visitors
- Supporting Professional Development events
- Assisting with catering set up and tear down
