Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. Acting as a primary point of contact, you will engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate seamless communication between various internal departments and external stakeholders. This position requires a strong customer centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Supporting customer needs by answering questions, processing quotes, and placing orders.
· Developing a thorough understanding of the customer's unique product specifications, requirements, and needs.
· Proactively Communicating with customers over the phone and via email.
· Act as a liaison between our customers, Sales Executives, & manufacturing facilities, providing product and service solutions.
· Other duties as assigned
· Work with logistics and leaders at our plants to discuss inventory status to keep customers informed.
· Manage VMIs, stocking programs and customer inventory programs with team.
· Use of CRM and NetSuite to document sales and service activities.

Education and Experience:
· Five to seven (5-7) years customer service experience
· Bachelor's degree in communication, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
· Business to Business, Packaging, Manufacturing, a plus
· Systems Skills: Proficiency with NetSuite, Internet and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook.
Physical Requirements:
· Sitting for long periods of time
