Job Responsibilities

1. About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Handyman to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, with a focus on property upkeep and improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lock changes and new lock installations
• Landscaping and yard maintenance
• Lawn mowing and trimming
• Parking lot sweeping and upkeep
• General handyman services as needed

Requirements:

• Previous handyman or maintenance experience
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly or per-project pay (based on experience and scope)
