Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Manage schedules, including calendar management for executives and team members.
- Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial accountability within the office.
- Organize filing systems and ensure proper documentation practices are followed
- Provide clerical support as needed, including handling multi-line phone systems and front desk duties.

- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience A minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience or a related position with QuickBooks Online
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Supervising experience with a focus on team management and development.
- Proficient in schedule management, calendar coordination, and event planning.
