Strategy Financial Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking to add a Wealth Manager to the Team!
The Wealth Manager will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the company leads from seminars and referrals, as well as existing clients. Initial duties include working alongside the main Advisor, servicing existing clients, making active outbound calls to set appointments with prospects and existing clients, client relationship building, and participation in public seminars – including introducing the main Advisor.

Minimum Requirements:College degree preferred5+ years of financial services experience with an emphasis on salesLife and Health Licensed; Series 65Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and management skillsStrong mathematical and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills; both verbal and writtenProficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point)Experience with Redtail/CRM preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plansAssist clients with annuities, life, long-term care, and managing moneyProvide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirementDevelop, manage, and retain strong client relationshipsAssist the main Advisor with meeting individual and team goals
HoursM-F: 9 am – 5 pmSeminars 3 per month
