Position Overview
We’re hiring Production Associates to support our production floor operations. This role is ideal for entry-level to mid-level candidates who are hands-on, dependable, and eager to learn. You’ll be cross-trained on multiple pieces of equipment and processes, making this a great opportunity to build valuable production and manufacturing skills.
No prior print experience required—we will train the right people.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day production tasks across the shop floor
- Operate and support printing, finishing, and fulfillment equipment (after training)
- Hand-work including folding, inserting, sorting, packaging, and labeling
- Assist with wide-format production, cutting, trimming, and mounting
- Load/unload materials and help maintain production flow
- Perform quality checks to ensure jobs meet specifications
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Work collaboratively with team members to hit daily production goals
- Ability to perform local deliveries using company vehicle
Equipment You May Be Trained On
- Digital and offset print equipment
- Inserters and mail-processing equipment
- Cutters, folders, and bindery equipment
- Wide-format printers and finishing tools
- Packaging, kitting, and fulfillment systems
(Training provided—prior experience is a plus but not required.)

- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

- Ability to travel to customer and perform work on-site
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Experience Level
- Entry-level to mid-level
- Manufacturing, print, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
Schedule & Environment
- Full-time
- Fast-paced production floor environment
- Must be able to work overtime during peak periods
