Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to keep an airport maintenance team running smoothly? Join our Facilities Team as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler and play a key role in planning, scheduling, and supporting all maintenance operations — including during inclement weather when airport operations are critical.
What You’ll Do
Plan and schedule maintenance tasks, including preventive and reactive work orders.
Track training, compliance, and certifications for the maintenance team.
Manage inventory, order parts and equipment, and coordinate procurement.
Assist with budget planning, capital projects, and major equipment purchases.
Generate and analyze reports from the CMMS system to support leadership decisions.
Operate and support snow removal and other airport operations as needed.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent; 4+ years of administrative or maintenance-related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn web-based systems.
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Ability to work under stress, manage emergencies, and handle flexible schedules.
Valid Kentucky driver’s license (CDL a plus).
