Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - PRN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to work on a PRN basis, supporting our team in delivering high-quality care to patients across various units, including critical care and swing bed services. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, including assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility

- Support critical care and swing bed patients by monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team

- Utilize your skills to ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times

- Collaborate effectively with team members to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth unit operations

- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and observations

- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards to promote a safe environment for patients and staff


THIS POSITION IS PRN STATUS as needed pay is dependent on experience and availability. 

Requirements:

 

Skills and Qualifications:

- Current CNA certification required

- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing excellent patient care

- Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain confidentiality
