Reports To: Director of Food & Beverage

Position Summary:

Leads daily food and beverage operations at Founder’s Grill, ensuring elevated member service, operational excellence, financial accountability, and adherence to Club standards across golf, patio, and recreation service areas.

Leadership & Operations:

• Lead, coach, and develop Grill team members.

• Conduct pre-shifts and communicate daily priorities and events.

• Coordinate with Golf Shop, Executive Chef, and F&B; Director.

• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts and submit food and beverage supply orders to the Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef. 

• Prepare weekly staff schedules, manage time-off requests, and submit completed schedules to the Director of Food & Beverage for review and approval.

• Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO), storage, and cost controls.

• Always maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards.

• Complete end-of-day reporting and cash reconciliation.

• Ensure compliance with Club policies and liquor laws.

Service & Operational Execution:

• Model visible, professional floor leadership.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality food & beverage service.

• Support bartending and service during peak periods.

• Oversee patio dining, beverage cart, BBQ, and portable bar service.

• Reinforce personalized member experience and name recognition.

Leadership & Accountability:

• Uphold service culture and brand standards.

• Arrive punctual, prepared, and ready to lead each shift.

• Maintain calm, solutions-focused leadership during busy periods.

• Ensure staff meet attendance, appearance, and conduct standards

• Ensure daily cleaning checklists are completed and standards upheld.

• Coordinate daily food preparation transfers and ensure prep sheets are submitted by 

12:00 PM Wednesday and Sunday.

• Support other F&B; outlets as operationally required.
