GENERAL MANAGER

A local, family-owned private equity restaurant group dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences through genuine hospitality, exceptional service, and meaningful community connection is seeking a hospitality-driven General Manager to lead a vibrant, high-energy full-service restaurant and bar in Topeka, Kansas.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations with a visible, hands-on floor presenceRecruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing teamDrive sales growth, guest satisfaction, and overall profitabilityMaintain operational excellence and consistent brand standardsManage labor, food cost, and all controllable expensesOversee scheduling, inventory, and financial performanceEnsure a clean, safe, and organized environmentActively engage with the local community and represent both the restaurant and ownership group

Qualifications

3+ years of senior restaurant management experience (General Manager or AGM level preferred)Experience in a fast-paced full-service or polished fast-casual environmentProven leadership, coaching, and team development skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesHigh standards with a collaborative mindsetComfortable making decisions and being accountable for results

Compensation & Benefits
