Description:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our Copper Department. This role supports daily production by operating a Luscher machine and handling copper materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The right candidate will follow established procedures, monitor quality, and work closely with teammates to keep work moving efficiently and safely.
This position is well-suited for someone with some warehouse experience who is comfortable working with equipment, learning new processes, and contributing to a team-driven operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor a Luscher machine according to work instructions and safety standards
- Load, unload, and handle copper materials throughout the production process
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
- Communicate issues, defects, or equipment concerns to leads or supervisors
- Support overall department goals by working collaboratively with the team
- 0–3 years of warehouse or production experience
- Comfort working around machinery and following detailed instructions
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation (training provided)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude
