The Sales BDC Representative manages inbound and outbound customer communications to generate appointments and leads for the sales department. This role plays a vital part in the customer’s first impression of the dealership, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up that drives showroom traffic and online engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments for sales staff
- Maintain a high level of product and promotion knowledge
- Update and manage CRM data accurately
- Follow up with unsold leads and previous customers
- Work closely with sales managers to meet lead conversion goals
