Job Title: Body Shop Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team. As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.

Responsibilities:

- Repair and restore damaged vehicles to their original condition

- Perform body work, including welding, sanding, and painting

- Use hand and power tools to remove and replace damaged parts

- Inspect vehicles for structural damage and make necessary repairs

- Communicate with customers and insurance companies regarding repairs and estimates

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Certification in auto body repair or equivalent experience

- Experience with welding, sanding, and painting

- Knowledge of hand and power tools

- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and estimates

- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others
