Sr. HR Manager


Position purpose


Provide human resources expertise in the areas of employee relations, policy and procedure interpretation, recruitment, and personnel coaching in support of company policies. Act as a strategic business partner to support assigned regions / office personnel. Proactively identifies areas of concern, and coordinates solutions in conjunction.


Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

  • Assisting with recruiting for positions and the onboarding of staff and providers.

  • Managing employee relations at office sites.

    Qualifications


    Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of minimum five (5) years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s Degree is preferred.


    Experience: Prior employee relations / generalist experience. Experience in healthcare industry strongly preferred.


    Additional Qualifications: Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history. Professional certification from HRCI and/or SHRM preferred.
