Position Description: Title: Product Specialist (Prism)
FLSA Status: Full-Time Employee/Exempt
Reports to: Systems Manager
Location: Northbrook, IL (Hybrid, 2-3 days a week onsite)

Purpose: Provide exceptional service while delivering technical solutions, consultation, and related training & support to our clients and internal partners. Must have Prism experience at an advanced level.
Amplify HR Management is seeking a client-facing Product Specialist with strong Prism platform expertise and prior PEO industry experience. This role is responsible for supporting the full client lifecycle including product demonstrations, client training, troubleshooting, and backend Product and Prism configuration. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can translate client needs into effective system set-up and training while ensuring high-quality customer experience.

Essential Job Functions:

Client Demos & Pre-Implementation Support
Lead product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
Partner with internal teams to understand client requirements and align Prism/Product capabilities to business needs.
Provide product guidance and recommendations based on best practices.

Training & Client Enablement
Conduct client training sessions for administrators and end users.
Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and process documentation as needed as Products are added.
Support adoption by ensuring clients understand workflows, features, and system functionality within the selected Products.

Troubleshooting & Client Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for Product-related client questions and troubleshooting.
Investigate issues, reproduce system behavior, and recommend solutions or workarounds.
Escalate complex issues appropriately and track resolution through completion.

Backend Prism Configuration & Maintenance
Perform backend Product and Prism setup including configuration, permissions, workflows, and system settings.
Ensure system setup aligns with client requirements and internal compliance standards.
Support system optimization and updates as needed.
Perform a needs analysis with the Implementation resource to ensure that all setup items required are prepared and set up.
Participate in the development of training content, guides and plan rollouts for Product enhancements for the organization.
Document client requirements and setup details.
Managing and maintaining the current stack of the Amplify Products.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required (unless otherwise noted):
3+ years of Prism experience (hands-on system configuration and support).
3+ years of PEO industry experience (Professional Employer Organization environment).
Proven experience in a client-facing role supporting implementations, training, or product support.
Strong knowledge of onboarding/account setup processes and client enablement best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and client timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience conducting software demos and delivering end-user training.
Experience working with ticketing systems (ex: SalesForce).
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Client Success, Implementation, Human Resources, Systems).
