Summary


Provide sales support for Quality Flow Systems products and services to outside sales and customers. 


Duties and Responsibilities 


  • Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish.
  • Help create and maintain project timelines, coordinate meetings, and ensure all parties are aligned with deadlines and deliverables.
  • Track project resources, monitor budgets, and ensure that resources are used efficiently.
  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear and timely communication.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations. Ensure all project files are properly maintained.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing projects, including tracking milestones and deliverables.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Job Specifications


  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in project management or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 
  • Attention to detail with problem solving mindset.
