Arnie's Restaurant at Blue Bell Country Club is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in working in an upscale hospitality environment. An exemplary work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and a passion for providing superior customer service are necessary for all applicants. Applicants with experience working for first-class hospitality organizations will be strongly considered.


This is a part-time seasonal position starting anytime between April/May and working through August. 


Must have good availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week AM & PM shifts Tuesday through Sunday 

 
Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus an additional 5% commission on your sales. 


 Responsibilities 

  • Attends and Participates in all training sessions and team meetings.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others while listening and responding in an appropriate manner.
  • Greeting guests with a warm smile to make them feel welcome.
  • Take customers’ food/drink orders while being polite, friendly, and helpful to our members. 
  • Able to suggest appropriate substitutions, wine pairings, sides, etc.
  • Confirm orders according to your assigned section and tables.  
  • Replenish drinks and wine along with providing coffee/dessert services in a timely manner.
  • Cater to the members’ requests and needs in a prompt and professional manner to ensure an overall superior level of customer      service.
  • General clean-up (busing of plates, glassware, silverware, etc.)
  • Follow instructions and adhere to all procedures and company policies while maintaining a high standard of conduct.
  • Notifies and reports any problems or concerns to management.



Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • A minimum of one year of a la carte serving experience; preferably in a private country club setting. 
  • Possess a basic knowledge of excellent service standards, guest relations, food, and beverage preparations as well as etiquette.
  • Available to work weekends, day and evening shifts and major holidays.
  • Abide by all Laws and company policies that regulate serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Mandatory compliance with all safety regulations, procedures, policies, and rules
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Always arrives punctually in full uniform with a neat & professional appearance.
  • Frequently Wash Hands for proper food handling
  • Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, carrying, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Able to lift to 25 pounds without assistance and more than 50 pounds with assistance.


Salary Information

$16.00 - $18.00 Hourly Wage
