Spark Community is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Direct Support Providers to join our team!
As a Direct Support Provider, you’ll work one-on-one with adults in their homes and community, helping them live safe, meaningful, and empowered lives. Your support helps foster independence and confidence.
Requirements:? No experience required — Prior experience with caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Pre-employment drug screening required (includes marijuana for safety-sensitive roles)
Background/maltreatment checks required
Compassionate and empathetic attitude
Dependable and strong work ethic
Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
? Valid auto insurance
