The Opportunity

Regulatory & Compliance vertical – Ensure efficient oversight with a regulatory solution that protects your consumers and state banking organization. Provide an End-to-End Cannabis Solution with a suite of regulatory products and services covers every sector of the cannabis marketplace.


 This position will require the second criminal background (Level II FBI), through the State of Florida.


 This is an in-office position at our Jacksonville office, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm EST.


What You Will Do

  • Provide daily support to the Document Management team supporting the Medical Marijuana Card Program (MMCP).
  • Review and process medical applications to maintain required service levels.
  • First level support to assist with team questions related to applications.
  • Ability to assist in resolving complex issues and follow-up with additional parties if needed.
  • Conduct training for new team members and refresher training for current staff.
  • Conduct weekly quality control (QC) of applications for each team member.
  • Maintain training and QC logs.
  • Assist with processing remote deposits, reconciliation related to the patients’ account and record retention.
  • Maintain awareness of system issues and communicate with leadership for resolution.
  • Flexibility to change priorities to meet contractual requirements and departmental expectations as needed.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • One or more years of customer service experience in an operations environment.
  • One year of leadership experience/exposure is preferred.
  • Attention to detail, listening/comprehension skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player, good judgment, self-motivated.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within the organization.
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
